If Randy, Ellen, Kara and Simon were judging Rep. Pat Kennedy's Congressional career, they would tell him he hasn't quite decided what type of Congressman he wants to be. Well it looks like he figured it out, but only after he decided to retire - kinda like the Idol contestants who give the performance of their lives after they've been voted off. His vocal here is still a little pitchy, though. (H/T Ace of Spades)
