San Diego's The Soft Pack (formerly The Muslims) released a fabulous self-titled album in February. I've been obsessed with it ever since. They've got a chill vibe that fuses garage, punk, and So Cal surfer rock into a delightfully retro blend. It's catchy while embracing a lo-fi feel.
